“Perennials for all Seasons” will be the topic for the next meeting of the Agawam Garden Club which will be held Tuesday April 12th, 6:30 PM at the Captain Charles Leonard House, located at 663 Main Street, Agawam. Landscape designer Jacqueline M. Clark will present the program. Jacqueline is a certified Horticulturalist and owner of Garden Designs by Jacqueline. Lecture includes: Plant combinations: what works well with each other. What plants to deadhead for rebloom, and those that can be cut back. When to plant, transplant, and divide. As the club has several activities planned for the coming season there will be a short business meeting following the program. Agawam Garden Club meetings are open to everyone and not limited to Agawam residents.
